Shipping policy

Moollectibles is a small, family-run collectibles shop based in San Jose, California. Every order is packed with care and shipped directly from San Jose.

Where we ship

We offer:

  • local pickup in San Jose

  • local delivery within San Jose

  • shipping across the contiguous United States

At this time, we do not ship internationally or to non-contiguous US states.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During busy periods or special releases, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping methods and rates

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout and are based on your location and order size. We aim to keep shipping simple and fair, without inflated fees.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available in San Jose by appointment only. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready, along with pickup instructions.

Orders not picked up within the communicated timeframe may be canceled at our discretion.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available within San Jose on select days. Delivery availability and pricing are shown at checkout when eligible.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays, lost, or stolen packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines and delays are outside of our control. Moollectibles is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages, but we’re happy to help you contact the carrier or file a claim when possible.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@moollectibles.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist.
