Authenticity matters to us
Moollectibles is a small, family-run collectibles shop based in San Jose. We’re collectors first. That means we care deeply about authenticity, sourcing, and transparency.
Every item we sell is 100 percent authentic. No exceptions.
We purchase all products ourselves directly from official retailers. We do not source from third-party resellers, gray markets, or secondary bulk sellers. What we sell is exactly what we’d keep in our own collection.
How we source our products
All items at Moollectibles are:
- Purchased directly by us from official Pop Mart channels
- Stored, handled, and packed with care in San Jose
- Sold as received, with original packaging unless clearly stated otherwise
- We don’t mix inventory sources, and we don’t take shortcuts. That keeps things simple and trustworthy.
Verifying authenticity with QR codes
Most Pop Mart products include an official authenticity QR code on the box or packaging. This code allows you to verify your item directly with Pop Mart.
Here’s how to check it.
- Locate the QR code on the box or inner packaging
- Scan the code using your phone’s camera or a QR scanner app
- You’ll be directed to an official Pop Mart verification page
- Follow the on-screen steps to confirm authenticity
If the product has been verified before, the system may indicate the number of scans. This is normal and does not mean the item is inauthentic, especially for blind boxes that are opened to confirm the character.
Blind boxes and opened items
Some blind box items are opened by us only to confirm the character inside. This will always be clearly stated on the product page.
Opening a blind box does not affect authenticity. The original box, inserts, and packaging are included unless otherwise noted.
