Returns and refunds

At Moollectibles, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. Because of the nature of collectible blind boxes and the scale of our small, San Jose-based business, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why all sales are final

Most of our products are blind boxes or limited collectibles. Once opened, their value and collectibility change. As a small local shop in San Jose, we’re unable to resell opened or returned items in a way that’s fair to other collectors.

For that reason, please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect items

We take care packing every order in San Jose, but if something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we want to help.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• your order number
• clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement when available or a refund at our discretion.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order is shipped, delivery timelines are handled by the carrier. We’re happy to help you file a claim, but we’re not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors.
